Your premium is based on:
- Your age,
- The age of each family member applying for coverage,
- The annual benefit limit you choose,
- If you use tobacco products, and
- Your county of residence
If you are eligible for free or purchased Medicare, are receiving medical assistance (Medicaid), are on subsidized Basic Health, or are institutionalized at the time of enrollment, you are not eligible for Washington Health.
Premium differences have to do with the rates health plans charge to cover their costs in specific counties. Please be aware that this only gives monthly premium amounts.
